Hello,
I am trying to create SQL script by synchronizing from c6 dictionary to postgreSQL30 ODBC. The synchronizer dims this option and allows only from PostgreSQL30 to c6 dictionary. This same occured when I used C7 synchronizer.
Any Idea what is wrong ?

I believe the synchronizer only goes from database to dictionary, despite what the options say.
If you want to consider the dct the source document and not a database, get Roberto's DCT2SQL templates available form the www.par2.com download site I believe.
Keep in mind, that running scripts created by these templates are for new databases only. There is no merge option like the synchronizer.
